I've felt kind of dead for the past few days. It's been grey and dreary and lonely. I can't stop sleeping. I keep meaning to do things I haven't done.

I did manage to run through a rough draft of an essay on male eating disorders. It's nowhere near finished, but at least I have the skeleton. [Intentional choice of word.]

In about 30 hours I'll be on my way to the Carribean for a cruising Halloween. Mel & I are going as Nicky and Richey.
